Product or service availability is limited to existing stock or the service provider’s schedule availability. In case of unavailability, the customer will be informed and may choose replacement, wait for availability, or request a refund.
4. Payment Methods and Conditions
All orders placed on our website or online store are only considered valid and accepted for processing after payment confirmation.
We accept the following payment methods: Multibanco, MB WAY, PayPal, Bank Transfer, and Credit Card.
All payments are processed securely, either internally or through specialized financial partners. Each payment method has its own operating system and processing deadlines.
In the case of bank transfer, which is not an automated system, you must send us proof of payment by email after completing the transfer. Only in this way will we be notified of the payment and proceed with the order processing.
5. Shipping and Delivery of Orders
Products or services purchased on our website or online store are valid for Mainland Portugal and, where applicable, the Azores, Madeira, and European Union countries.
Each destination implies different delivery costs and times, as described below:
- Mainland Portugal: Shipping costs €5 + VAT
- Azores and Madeira: €7 + VAT
- Rest of Europe: €10 + VAT
Shipping costs are automatically calculated at the time of purchase.
Delivery times are indicative and non-binding. Delays may occur depending on product or service availability, the date and time of payment and its validation, the correct provision of billing and shipping data, or unforeseen circumstances with the carrier.
By making a purchase, the customer accepts the possibility of delivery delays and acknowledges that we assume no responsibility for damages arising from such delays.
6. Cancellation, Returns, and Exchanges
Before order preparation or shipment, the customer may cancel the order of products or services, with the right to a refund, except in the case of personalized products or services for which preparation has already begun.
Before proceeding with cancellation, the customer must contact us to verify the order status. Only under these conditions may cancellation be requested.
Under applicable law, a product may also be returned or exchanged within 14 days, provided it is intact, in its original packaging, and in resalable condition. Products with damaged, written-on, or sticker-labeled packaging will not be accepted.
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged: perishable goods, personalized products, or sealed products containing copyable digital content that have been opened.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method, within a maximum of 30 days. Administrative costs, i.e., fees charged by banking intermediaries for payment methods (variable fees of 3% to 4%), are non-refundable.
